Founder and Principal of The Spot Marketing, Eugenia Murray’s gift is helping fellow entrepreneurs realize their dreams.
Born in Shaker Heights, Ohio, she spent her formative years on Siesta Key, Florida before attending high school at Darrow Preparatory School in New Lebanon, New York. From there she enrolled first at Brevard College in Brevard NC then the University of Tampa.
In 1990 she launched her career in the advertising industry with Sunny Day Guides, a local print publication in west central Florida reaching the position of Assistant to the Publishers. Subsequent to learning the ins-and-outs of print advertising, she transitioned into broadcast media where she further honed her marketing skills and truly perfected her branding techniques.
An entrepreneur at heart, Eugenia conceived and introduced The Spot Marketing in 2005. Driven by her spirit of relentless perfectionism, in just ten short years Eugenia Murray has grown The Spot Marketing into a premier advertising agencies and helped more than fifty associates launch successful careers of their own.

Yisenia was born in Cuba and raised in South Dakota. She has worked with us since 2010 as a part of the Hispanic Marketing Team. She absolutely loves to travel and plans on visiting a many countries as she can in her lifetime. In her free time, when not attending our Hispanic events, you can find Yisenia taking part in an outdoor activity or trying out a new restaurant. Also, she doesn’t like vanilla, who doesn’t like vanilla?!

As close as one can come to being a native Floridian, Scott Leavenworth was raised in North Florida since the age of 5. While growing up in the backwoods of Florida, Scott began sketching everything from nature to creating his own robots and superheroes. Scott opted to attend the Florida School of the Arts in 1986. He won several accolades as well as the Visual Artist of the Year. Scott then transferred to the University of Central Florida in Orlando to continue his education. He graduated in 1993 with a BA in Graphic Design with a minor in Psychology. He started with a position at the television stations with the Orlando market CBS affiliate. Scott worked his way up to senior designer. After 7 years he accepted the position of Art Director at the, then, WB affiliate in Tampa. After 8 years, he relocated to Atlanta. Scott enjoys utilizing his highly conceptual illustration and design skills to create compelling and effective art for The Spot Marketing and its clients. He can create anything from an original illustration to an original logo to highly creative and striking designs for ad layouts, billboards, e-blasts, brochures and signage, etc.

Imran works as the Lead Developer (WordPress) for The Spot Marketing, Inc. He also provides us with the Social Media Strategies.
Kim Kolatski is a business major from the small town of Fraser, MI, a suburb of the north east side of Detroit. In 1991, she moved to the majestic Mackinac Island, MI. where she was offered a job at The Island House Hotel and hospitality career began. Working as the Reservation Manager, then promoted to the Human Resource & Payroll Manager. After her sixth-year in hospitality, Kim decided to change her career, expand her family and accepted the bookkeeping position at Mackinac Island Service Company. Kim served on several committees in Mackinac Island and was on the board of the Mackinac Island Community Foundation for 10+ years.
